Scooby's Street School Somerset Terms & Conditions;
- Dance Clothing - please wear loose, comfortable clothing to the dance sessions. Please ensure your footwear is clean and supports your feet.
- Refunds - unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds if you wish to leave a session/term you have booked and paid for.
- Payments - we are unable to offer Pay As You Go due to the maximum capacity of the venue. Trials must be booked at least 24 hours before the start of the session.
- Missed Sessions - we cannot reimburse any missed sessions due to holidays or sickness etc. In the event the tutor is unwell, you will be offered the cost as credit for a future term, or the term will be extended by a week to make up for the missed session.
- Scooby's Street School Somerset is focused on Respect For All. Any verbal or physical abuse towards staff or other students will not be tolerated. Any discrimination will result in immediate removal from the term. All students are asked to be respectful of the venue and surrounding area when attending sessions.
- All students are to be dropped off and collected from outside the front of the venue by their parents/guardians. If a student is allowed to travel to and from the session on their own, please make staff aware in writing.
